HPR-40 Bench top analyser for dissolved species analysis Applications Soil Core Analysis Water Analysis in Estuary, River and Reservoir environments Methane Production Control Fermentation Process Analysis HPR-40 is a bench mounted or trolley mounted module for analysis of dissolved species in fermentation cultures, soil samples, and in other applications where analysis of dissolved species in liquid sample is required. The HPR-40 system includes : HAL 200 mass spectrometer system with 200 amu mass range and Faraday detector. Mass spectrometer analyser manifold and UHV pump set with a manually valved dissolved species probe with silicon rubber membrane. Penning Gauge and interlocks to provide protection for the mass spectrometer in the case of over pressure. Fast action shut off valve between dissolved species probe and mass spectrometer manifold to protect mass spectrometer in case of probe failure. The system is integrated either as a bench mounting module (500mm x 550mm x 500mm high) or in a mobile trolley, HPR cart (1050mm long x 550mm wide x 1200mm total assembled system height). Data output is provided by the integral VDU of the HAL 200 control unit and is available for hardcopy through a Centronics style printer interface. System options include: Ioniser fitted with liquid nitrogen cold trap and cryopanels for fast start up at remote locations. 4 way multiplexed inlet for sampling from 4 probes.
