Trading for over 40 years, Hiden Analytical Limited is a manufacturer of mass spectrometers for vacuum, gas, plasma and surface science. Our mass spectrometers can be used for a wide range of applications. Some examples include lithium-ion battery development, fusion research and plasma treatment of polymers for medical applications. We also offer bespoke design services for client interactive development of solutions to meet specific requirements.


Position Summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Test and Installation Engineer. Working Mon-Fri and with opportunities to travel, the successful candidate will be part of the RGA Test Team. Full training will be provided.
 
The candidate must have/be:
✔️ A scientific background and understanding of scientific instruments.
✔️ Ideally has experience of working in a scientific/manufacturing environment.
✔️ Able to troubleshoot/fault find from data.
✔️ Willing to travel around the world to complete installations and service visits.
✔️ Reliable and able to work to high standard of quality whilst maintaining deadlines required.
✔️ Able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
