Hiden Analytical will be attending the 76th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE 2025), held from 7–12 September 2025 at the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz, Germany. Representing our team will be Colin Robertson and Juergen Bach.

This year’s theme, “Electrochemistry: From Basic Insights to Sustainable Technologies”, reflects the growing importance of electrochemical research in addressing global challenges. The programme will feature plenary sessions, symposia, tutorials, and interactive forums, offering opportunities to explore both fundamental and applied advances in the field.

Key conference topics include:

  • In Situ and Operando Gas Analysis – real-time monitoring of gases in electrochemical cells and reactors

  • Electrocatalyst Development – characterisation of catalytic activity and reaction pathways

  • Battery and Fuel Cell Research – performance testing, degradation studies, and gas evolution monitoring

  • Corrosion and Surface Analysis – studying electrochemical surface reactions under controlled conditions

  • Electrochemical Process Optimisation – data-driven insights to improve efficiency and sustainabilit

Colin and Juergen will be available throughout the event to discuss how Hiden’s high-performance mass spectrometry and gas analysis solutions enable precise, real-time measurements for electrochemical research. Our instruments are trusted worldwide for their accuracy, reliability, and versatility in applications ranging from catalyst characterisation to process monitoring.
