The Hiden Compact Gas Analyser is a quantitative gas analysis system configured for continuous analysis of gases and vapours at pressures near atmosphere in standard form. Inlet accessories are available to configure the system for sampling from low to high pressures, up to 30 bar
The Hiden QIC (quartz inert capillary) sampling interface sampling from 100 mbar to 2 bar is included as standard. Operating to 200oC, the QIC flexible 2 m capillary inlet provides fast response times less of than 300 milliseconds for most common gases and vapours, including water and organic vapours.
The Compact Gas Analyser system includes an internal membrane pump to provide combined sample bypass and UHV foreline pumping.
The Compact Gas Analyser system has a mass range of 200 amu (300 amu option) and with a detection capability from 100% to less than 100 parts-per-billion.

Hiden QGA Quantitative Gas Analysis System
The system is supplied with QGA 2 and MASsoft Professional software.
This Windows 10 and Windows 11 compatible software allows control of the instrument via USB 2.0, RS232 or Ethernet. Provides comprehensive I/O for data output and for reading data from external devices for integration and display with mass spectrometer data
