SCINCO attended the 64th winter annual conference of the Korean Vacuum Society held in WelliHilli park, Hoengseong, Ganwond-do, from February 8 to 10.
The Hiden HPR-20 R&D quadrupole mass spectrometer was set up to demonstrate quantitative analysis of air and measurement of CO2 change, and many researchers visited the booth with interest.
Interest in residual gas analysis and ion energy analysis in plasma state has been increasing and the conference was an opportunity to promote SCINCO and HIDEN to many researchers.
