Hiden Analytical were pleased to welcome delegates from the recent RAPID Symposium held in Manchester 3-7.11.2014.
Visitors were treated to an introduction to Hiden Analytical, the products, and applications.
The workshop included a factory tour, including the quadrupole assembly area, test areas, mechanical design and software departments.
The visit included a tour of Hiden Analytical’s sister company Hiden Isochema where delegates were introduced to Isochema’s sorption science products for analysis of gas / surface interactions.
Special sessions were given in Hiden Analytical’s catalyst product test area where there were demonstrations of real time gas analysis, and the CatLab micro reactor. In the demonstration laboratory, the Hiden EQP ion mass and energy analyser, and Hiden’s new advanced Langmuir probe were demonstrated.
Peter Hatton gave the Introductory presentation in the Conference Room.
As part of the Workshop, Colin Robertson & Luke Wells gave a Factory Tour including the quadrupole assembly area, test areas, mechanical design and software departments.
Steven Fiddy & David Lundie demonstrated the CatLab Microreactor & realtime gas analysis system.
In the demonstration laboratory, Dave Seymour & Sam Bort demonstrated the Hiden EQP ion mass and energy analyser, and Hiden’s New advanced Langmuir probe.
Graham Cooke presented the SIMS Workstation to the group in our Surface Analysis Laboratory & introduced our New Compact SIMS system.
Delegates were introduced to Hiden Isochema’s (Our Sister Company) sorption science products for analysis of gas / surface interactions
