The focus of the 35. Deutsche Zeolith-Tagung this year will once again be on porous materials. The event will have a series of lectures that cover the range from the smallest to the largest pores, from micro to macro. In addition to novel syntheses and characterizations of such materials, their application in the fields of catalysis, adsorption, energy storage and membranes will also be discussed.
Plenenary speakers include:
Prof. Dr. Bert M. Weckhuysen (Utrecht University, Netherlands) will talk about the characterization of zeolites using microscopic and spectroscopic methods.
Prof. Dr. Jia Min Chin (University of Vienna) will focus on the structural control of MOFs on different length scales.
Prof. Dr. Sebastian Henke (TU Dortmund) will report on porous liquids and glasses from MOFs
Dr. Simon Krause (Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research Stuttgart) will talk about dynamic processes in porous materials.
