52nd KVS(Korea Vacuum Society) Winter Symposium has been held in Korea (Welli Hilli Park in Hoengseong) from Feb. 15. 2017 to Feb. 17. 2017.
This is the most famous vacuum technology symposium in Korea and many professors and researchers attended the conference.
The HIDEN/SCINCO Booth at 52nd KVS(Korean Vacuum Society)
Major vacuum companies (Edwards Korea, Pfeiffer Vacuum Korea, Leybold Korea, Materion Advanced Material, INA Korea and etc…) attended the exhibition and displayed their products and systems.
We (HIDEN and SCINCO) also attended the exhibition and displayed HIDEN Brookhaven RGA and QGA – compact bench-top system for real time gas and vapour analysis.
Many researchers and professors from Samsung Electronics, NFRI, LG display, Seoul National University, Postech, Sung Kyun Kwan University and Aju University visited our booth and showed interest in our products.
