Recently, the Hiden representatives in Germany, Sachin Menon & Wolfgang Kerschbaum from Hiden Analytical Europe GmbH, completed the install of a HPR-30 system at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany.
Researchers from the group of Prof. Sharp at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) develop protective and functional coatings to improve the performance and stability of semiconductor photoelectrodes for renewable energy applications within the DEPECOR project supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The Sharp Group will utilize the HPR-30 for tracking the chemical products and reaction kinetics during atomic layer deposition (ALD), which enables the design of novel functional coatings.
