MIGA (Millennium Institute on Green Ammonia) in Chile has significantly upgraded its research capabilities by acquiring a Hiden Analytical HPR-40 DEMS (Differential Electrochemical Mass Spectrometry). The technology allows real-time monitoring of electrochemical reactions, greatly improving the understanding of processes like ammonia production and CO2 transformation into synthetic fuel. This advancement, overseen by Hiden’s applications specialist Andrea Secco, positions MIGA as a leading hub of electrochemical innovation in South America.
