Hiden Analytical are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Buyer to be part of our purchasing team. Working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Purchasing Manager you must have/be:
- An extensive background of procurement in manufacturing with emphasis on Electromechanical procurement. A background in procurement of scientific instrument manufacturing is preferred.
- Buying experience with the ability to build up good relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a small team
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Use your initiative
- Able to learn new bespoke systems quickly
- Understand the ISO 14001 standard and processes related to procurement
