We offer a range of standard service options for your vacuum equipment and will be pleased to tailor these to meet any special requirements, you may have.

We are always willing to listen and help you with any service requirement, regardless of the age of your system.

We offer free technical support* for the life of your Hiden equipment.

A range of standard on-going maintenance options are shown below:

Includes ONE annual site visit by a fully trained Hiden Technician, to carry out your annual preventive maintenance service.
This includes labour and expenses and also all standard consumables used in routine servicing **

**Standard consumables include; filaments, gaskets, seals, vacuum pump maintenance parts, QIC liners etc. as required. Excludes electron multipliers and other long-term limited life components
