ESPion – Advanced Langmuir Probe for Plasma Diagnostics
RGA gauge – Brookhaven National Laboratory NSLS-II Residual Gas Analyser
However, delegates were also interested in the TPD Workstation and the HPR-40 DSA.
There were ~600 participants at this event.
